Machine Learning Fundamentals

Apart from applications, we are also conducting research on general methods for modeling and deep learning. 

We have developed methods for testing and generating explainable bayesian hypotheses for human behaviour as well as methods for metric learning and pointer networks. A common interest in our group is the integration of background knowledge in machine learning methods.
