Industrial Impact

In general, robot cooperation with humans receives increasing attention in manufacturing environments in order to identify conflicts, malfunctions and errors. By telepresence methods the experts can analyze quickly the situation without the need of travelling to the production plant. Teleoperated tests can be performed and repair advice can be passed to the workers in the remote plant without leaving the tele-service centre. This can be done in a very efficient way combining robot observation with personal observations from humans assisted and navigated by PENA systems providing and sharing the expert knowledge.
