Research Stay @ National Technical University Athens
13.05.2026For the past 10 weeks, our colleague Jonas Schiller visited our project partners at the National Technical University of Athens, collaborating with the Department of Transportation Planning and Engineering in Athens.
During his stay, he continued his work on the project Smart and Sustainable Work Culture, which investigates how work culture and workplace location influence the feasibility and development of the “15-minute city” concept. In addition, he met with Prof. Gkiotsalitis to further advance his dissertation research on the electrification of commercial fleets and their integration into electricity markets.
Beyond the academic exchange, the stay also offered the opportunity to experience Athens as a vibrant and inspiring city. We are deeply grateful for the warm welcome and the valuable collaboration.
