Scientific Exchange with TU Berlin on Electric Fleet Energy Systems
13.01.2026Last week we had the pleasure of welcoming Sangyoung Park and Kil Young Lee from the Smart Mobility Systems Group, Technische Universität Berlin for an inspiring exchange on several research topics including transportation electrification and fleet energy consumption modeling.
Together with Jonas Schiller and Paul Benz from our group at Julius-Maximilians-Universität Würzburg, we discussed energy consumption modeling across different vehicle types as well as depot charging strategies for heavy-duty and commercial electric vehicles. The discussion was highly engaging, and we are looking forward to future joint research activities.
