Participation in GCPC

Five teams with a total of 13 participants from University of Würzburg took part in the German Collegiate Programming Contest (GCPC) 2017.

The best result among them was achieved by Norbert Fisher who reached rank 36 of 117. He solved 3 of the given programming tasks during the contest time. With the time he needed for these tasks he was significantly ahead of most of the other teams that solved the same number of tasks.

GCPC is a subregional contest of the International Collegiate Programming Contest (ICPC) organized by the Association for Computing Machinery (ACM). It took place on 1st of July 2017 and was running for 5 hours. The participants in Würzburg met in one of the CIP pools in the computer science building at Hubland.
