Best Student Contribution award for Thomas van Dijk at Schematic Mapping 2014

At Schematic Mapping 2014, Thomas van Dijk was awarded Best Student Contribution, for joint work with Arthur van Goethem, Wouter Meulemans, Bettina Speckmann (TU Eindhoven) and Jan-Henrik Haunert (Osnabrück University). The award is for the poster "An Automated Method for Circular-Arc Metro Maps" [PDF] and was sponsored by the British Cartographic Society.
