Mit diesem rasanten Wachstum steigt auch das Interesse am Anwendungsverhalten von Video-Streaming-Diensten und dem daraus resultierenden Benutzererlebnis. Um mit Hilfe von objektiven Parametern (wie z. B. der Anzahl an Stalling Events oder Qualitätswechseln) die Zufriedenheit der Endnutzer (QoE) abzuschätzen, gibt es in der Literatur zahlreiche Modelle. Ziel dieser Arbeit ist es daher, einen Überblick über die Gemeinsamkeiten aber auch Unterschiede dieser QoE-Modelle zu bekommen. Dazu sollen mehrere Modelle implementiert werden und anhand verschiedenener subjektiver Video-Streaming-Datensätze verglichen werden. -- Abstract: Global video traffic has increased dramatically in recent years. Dazu zählt nicht nur das schon tiefgehend untersuchte Video-Streaming, auch Musik-Streaming über Applikationen wie Spotify wird immer populärer. Während bei Video-Streaming schon viele Untersuchungen zur Nutzerzufriedenheit und deren Einflussfaktoren gemacht wurden, gibt es bei Musik- bzw. Audio-Streaming bisher nur wenige Studien hierzu. In bisherigen QoE-Studien wurde das Streamen von Liedern separat von der verwendeten Applikation untersucht. Aus diesem Grund sollen in dieser Arbeit die Frage beantwortet werden, ob Nutzer den Musik-Stream als schlechter empfinden, wenn sie vorher eine schlechtere Erfahrung durch Browsing-Verzögerungen beim Benutzen der Applikation hatten. Dazu soll eine Web-Musik-Streaming-Applikation entworfen werden, um verschiedene Einflussfaktoren auf die QoE zu simulieren (z.B. Verzögerungen bei der Suche von Liedern oder beim Laden aller Titel einer Playliste). Anschließend wird eine subjektive Nutzerstudie durchgeführt und QoE-Bewertungen zur simulierten Verschlechterung gesammelt und ausgewertet. -- Abstract: Streaming is becoming more and more popular these days. This includes not only video streaming, which has already been studied in depth, but also music streaming via applications such as Spotify is becoming increasingly popular. While many studies have already been conducted on user satisfaction and its influencing factors for video streaming, there have only been a few studies on music and audio streaming. In previous QoE studies, the streaming of songs was examined separately from the application used. For this reason, this thesis aims to answer the question whether users perceive the music stream as worse if they previously had a worse experience due to browsing delays when using the application. For this purpose, a web music streaming application will be designed to simulate different factors influencing QoE (e.g., delays in searching songs or loading all tracks of a playlist). Subsequently, a subjective user study will be conducted and QoE ratings on the simulated degradation will be collected and evaluated.
