Best Student Paper Presentation Award at CALDAM 2018
02/15/2018Myroslav Kryven was awarded the Best Student Paper Presentation Award at CALDAM 2018 for presenting the paper "Drawing Graphs on Few Circles and Few Spheres".
The paper is a result of a collaboration with Alexander Wolff and Alexander Ravsky from Lviv. The authors introduce and investigate the spherical cover number, which is the minimum number of circles (or spheres) that together cover a crossing-free circular-arc drawing in 2D (or 3D).
