Appointment as IFAC Coordinating Chair for Computer, Cognition and Communication

Prof. Schilling has been appointed by IFAC (International Federation on Automatic Control) as Coordinator for the topics Computer, Cognition and Communication. Due to the increasing importance of networked computers in automation and due to remote control potential via communication this is considered a key area for future developments.
