Plenary lecture at Mt. Stromlo Canberra (Australia) inauguration

The Australian Minister for Industry opened the "Advanced Instrumentation and Technology Centre (AITC)" at Mt.Stromlo (Canberra, Australia). This exciting advanced facility for research and implementation on small satellites and instrumentation payloads was established for 50 Mio $A and celebrated by an international workshop, where Prof. Schilling contributed an invited plenary lecture on pico-satellite formations and debris removal.
