Research Interests & Projects
I joined the Data Science Chair in 2026 after studying Computer Science and Mathematics Education at the University of Würzburg. My research focuses on Natural Language Processing, particularly German language models, cross-lingual methods, and model architectures. I am involved in our project soofi, aiming to build sovereign open foundation models, and a co-maintainer of BibSonomy.
